Job summary

STAR Physical Therapy seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based care across our Tennessee locations. You will maintain documentation, interact with patients and families, and mentor assistants and students in clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• New or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Current TN state PT licensure or eligibility.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
• Basic PC skills including EMR, databases, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations of ROM, strength, posture, gait, and ADLs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records and reports per facility procedures.
• Interact professionally with patients, families and staff.
• Supervise PTAs, exercise staff, and students in patient care.
• Ensure treatments follow the PT evaluation and protocols.
• Contribute to program development and educational activities.
• Participate in outreach community events as directed by the Clinic Director.
