Excellent organizational, communication, and candidate relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with clinical and operational leadership.
Must reside in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, or Maine, with an understanding of the regional healthcare landscape and local workforce dynamics.
This position offers a salary of $35,000 for the initial six-month assignment, based on a 25-30 hour workweek.
Additional performance-based bonuses will be provided for successful hires. Bonus amounts will vary based on facility location, employment status (full-time, part-time, or per diem), and provider licensure (MD/DO, NP, or PA). Specific bonus terms will be discussed during the interview process.
