Job summary

A mental health tech company is looking for a Clinical Prompt Engineer to design and iterate AI prompt templates that support therapists. You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers, conduct validation studies, and develop prompt libraries to ensure accuracy and relevance. The ideal candidate is licensed in mental health or has a strong clinical background and is detail-oriented. This is an entry-level position in a remote-first and flexible environment, emphasizing meaningful outcomes over hours worked.
