About the Role

Location: Farmington, CT

Setting: Monday through Thursday in-office; Fridays remote.

We are looking for curious, driven recent graduates who are excited about the future of AI and eager to learn. As a Junior Prompt Engineer, you will help design, test, and refine prompts that guide AI systems (like ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to produce high-quality, accurate, and useful outputs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys experimenting, problem-solving, and continuously learning, even if you don't have prior experience in prompt engineering.

What You'll Do
