Prompt Therapy Solutions, Inc seeks a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer to advance auditable AI systems for healthcare, focusing on speech and language processing. You will design, implement, and deploy production-grade NLP/LLM workflows integrated with clinical documentation and billing processes.

You will lead architecture, collaborate with product and engineering, and mentor junior engineers while delivering high-impact results in a remote/hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building AI/ML systems in industry or academia with production ownership.
• Strong experience building and evaluating NLP and/or LLM systems (e.g., retrieval, summarization, classification, extraction, agent workflows).
• Experience with speech-related pipelines in production or near-real-time settings (speech-to-text, spoken intent classification, conversational AI).
• Track record of benchmarking and iteratively improving accuracy, cost, and latency.
• Excellent communication skills to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Job Title: Senior Full Stack AI Engineer (Natural Language Systems)

Prompt is a mission-driven startup looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer to help push forward an ambitious set of AI initiatives in healthcare, with a particular emphasis on speech and language processing.

Prompt delivers highly automated and modern B2B enterprise software to rehab therapy businesses, their teams, and most importantly the patients they serve. We’ve established ourselves as the go-to platform in the space and are rapidly growing our market share by delivering software people love.

As we scale our telephony AI and speech processing initiatives—including our AI scribe and other real-time language workflows—we’re looking for a innovative Sr. AI Engineer that loves solving high-impact problems. This role combines deep technical expertise in AI with strong software engineering fundamentals to build reliable, production-grade systems. You’ll help us apply the latest generative AI and ML methods to real-world workflows where speed, accuracy, and results matter.

• Willingness to learn and deeply understand the healthcare sector, specifically physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience building and optimizing real-time speech processing systems (latency, streaming, stability)

• Experience with modern STT engines and their evaluation

• Experience with modern TTS enginesand voice pipeline integration

• Experience designing, developing, and optimizing IVR applications

• Experience working with CPaaS platforms (e.g., Twilio) for telephony workflows and conversational routing

• Experience architecting ML/LLM evaluation pipelines and quality systems (offline + online evaluation, golden sets, regression testing)

• Experience with recommendation systems, automation systems, or large-scale workflow orchestration

• Familiarity with FastAPI, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and production observability tooling

• Experience building healthcare software and/or data processing pipelines
