Job summary

Canary Speech in Utah is seeking a Clinical Projects & Operations Manager to join a fast-moving healthcare technology team. You will own coordination of clinical studies, interact with physicians and hospitals, and help move business opportunities forward.

The role requires strong organizational skills, proactive ownership, and the ability to manage multiple trials and accounts across countries. Hybrid work and a full-time arrangement are offered in Provo, Utah.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, business, health administration, psychology, biology, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in clinical research, clinical operations, healthcare technology, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare administration is highly desirable.
• Experience working with physicians, hospitals, research organizations, or clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination and day-to-day management of multiple clinical research projects and trials.
• Communicate with physicians, hospitals, research teams, clinical partners, and other stakeholders around the world.
• Track clinical project timelines, deliverables, action items, and outstanding requests.
• Help prepare, organize, and maintain clinical study documentation.
• Coordinate collection of clinical data and study materials.
• Assist with clinical protocols, questionnaires, study forms, and other research documentation.
• Follow up with clinical partners to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Identify potential problems or delays and proactively bring solutions forward.
• Maintain accurate records of clinical activities and project status.
