Job summary

Huntsman Cancer Institute in Salt Lake City seeks an Operations Project Manager, II to oversee project and regulatory management for multi-site trials coordinated by the Research Compliance Office, from startup to closeout.

You will liaise between external sites, PI teams, sponsors, and regulators to ensure compliance with protocol, GCP, and ICH guidelines, and manage regulatory documents and trial master files.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalency) + 4 years related work experience.
• Master’s degree (or equivalency) + 2 years related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal operations/non-technical projects from initiation through delivery.
• Gather required data from end users to evaluate objectives, goals, and scope to define deliverables.
• Ensure targets and requirements are met on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain regulatory documents and trial master files; oversee site initiation visits.
