Qualifications

• 3–5 years in clinical research, project coordination, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical company, CRO, or similar clinical settings.
• Experience in Oncology and/or Cardiology preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools or automation is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support and administrative coordination across multiple initiatives.
• Act as a proactive team member, balancing strategic and operational responsibilities.
• Support patient engagement, recruitment, and retention strategies for clinical studies, primarily within Oncology and Cardiology.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support study execution and project objectives.
• Contribute to process improvements and drive project initiatives with ownership and accountability.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve team efficiency and support project activities.
