Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr. Project Specialist to provide跨-initiative project support and administrative coordination.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams to advance study execution, especially in Oncology and Cardiology, while driving process improvements and leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in clinical research or project coordination, a life sciences degree, and strong organizational and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of clinical research or project coordination experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical company, CRO, or similar clinical research environment.
• Therapeutic area experience in Oncology and/or Cardiology is preferred.
• Experience using AI tools or creating AI agents/automations is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support and administrative coordination across multiple initiatives.
• Act as a proactive team member, balancing both strategic and operational responsibilities.
• Support patient engagement, recruitment, and retention strategies for clinical studies, primarily within Oncology and Cardiology.
• Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to support study execution and project objectives.
• Contribute to process improvements and help drive project initiatives forward with ownership and accountability.
• Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve team efficiency and support project-related activities.
