Syneos Health is seeking a Sr. Project Specialist to provide comprehensive project support and coordinate multiple clinical initiatives. You will work with cross-functional teams to advance study execution, engage patients, and optimize processes using AI-driven tools.

The role emphasizes hands-on coordination, proactive problem solving, and accountability in Oncology and Cardiology studies within a dynamic life sciences services environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in clinical research, project coordination, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical company, CRO, or similar clinical research environment.
• Therapeutic area experience, preferably Oncology and/or Cardiology.
• Experience using AI tools or creating AI agents/automations preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support and administrative coordination across multiple initiatives.
• Act as a proactive team member, balancing strategic and operational responsibilities.
• Support patient engagement, recruitment, and retention strategies for clinical studies, primarily Oncology and Cardiology.
• Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to support study execution and project objectives.
• Contribute to process improvements and drive project initiatives with ownership and accountability.
• Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve team efficiency and support project-related activities.
