Job summary
Syneos Health is seeking a Sr. Project Specialist to provide cross-functional project support for oncology and cardiology clinical studies. You will coordinate administrative tasks, engage patients, and collaborate with internal teams to drive study execution while embracing AI-driven efficiencies.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in clinical research or project coordination.
- -Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
- -Experience in pharmaceutical company, CRO, or similar clinical research environment.
- -Therapeutic experience in Oncology and/or Cardiology.
- -Experience using AI tools or creating AI agents/automations preferred.
- -Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide project support and administrative coordination across multiple initiatives.
- Act as a proactive team member, balancing strategic and operational responsibilities.
- Support patient engagement, recruitment, and retention strategies for clinical studies, primarily within Oncology and Cardiology.
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to support study execution and project objectives.
- Contribute to process improvements and drive project initiatives forward with ownership and accountability.
- Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve team efficiency and support project-related activities.
