Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr. Project Specialist to provide comprehensive project support across oncology and cardiology clinical studies. You’ll coordinate activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements to ensure study success.

Qualified candidates have 3–5 years in clinical research or project coordination, a Life Sciences degree, and familiarity with AI tools to optimize trial operations. This on-site role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of relevant experience in clinical research, project coordination, or related roles.
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
Experience working within a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or similar clinical research environment.
Therapeutic area experience, preferably in Oncology and/or Cardiology.
Experience using AI tools or creating AI agents/automations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide project support and administrative coordination across multiple initiatives.
Act as a proactive team member, balancing both strategic and operational responsibilities.
Support patient engagement, recruitment, and retention strategies for clinical studies, primarily within Oncology and Cardiology.
Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to support study execution and project objectives.
Contribute to process improvements and help drive project initiatives forward with ownership and accountability.
Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve team efficiency and support project-related activities.
