Pre-Project / Contract Review: Assist with gathering and reviewing business requirements, technical specifications, and business process redesign and information flow. Identify appropriate resources to map, create and document project specifications if current state documentation does not exist. Document project scope and objectives. Work with appropriate HSIS leaders to define project team member roles to effectively coordinate team activities.
Customer Relationship Management / Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Effectively communicate with customers regularly for the duration of the project to, include informing them of project delays and issues. Creates and maintains a trust relationship with stakeholders within and beyond HSIS.
Professional Presence / Presentation Skills: Routinely presents at Project and Planning Services staff meetings and attends all relevant huddle meetings. Maintains a high level of professionalism in appearance, communication and demeanor at all times.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field required and 3 years’ experience required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.
