Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Project Manager - Future roles (US) to drive trial administration, financials and cross‑functional coordination across vendors. You will maintain the TMF plan, monitor study milestones, and support interim analyses and study closure.

You will coordinate with internal teams and vendors, manage transitions with Resource Managers and help develop contingency and risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing or related field preferred.
• Prior CRO/pharma/biotech experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time independently.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains TMF Plan and ensures inspection readiness.
• Coordinates study deliverables across internal departments and vendors.
• Assists with interim analyses, database snapshots, locks, CSR, and study closure.
• Vendor identification, contracting and management; ensure deliverables and change orders.
• Resource management and transition planning with Resource Managers.
• Develops contingency plans and risk mitigation for study milestones.
• Prepares and reviews financial metrics and client/vendor reporting.
• Represents company in client interactions and internal/external meetings.
