Job summary

Emmes Group is seeking a Clinical Project Coordinator to support global project teams with logistics, documentation, and reporting needs under the direction of the Clinical Project Coordinator Manager. This role contributes to trials across Public Sector and BioPharma, ensuring timely deliverables and compliance with eCTD and 508 guidelines.

You will coordinate conference calls, site communications, and document control while maintaining project files and archives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4-6 years of relevant project or administrative support experience required.
• Demonstrated experience with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Word.
• Familiarity with project scheduling, bibliography management, tele and web conferencing, website management.
• Strong time management and decision making skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provides support with tracking project deadlines, and compiling submitting project deliverables.
• Schedules and distributes conference call information and materials, including agenda, minutes, and supporting documents.
• Prepares non technical meeting minutes.
• Coordinates aspects of conference calls and remote/in-person meetings, including with international sites and collaborators.
• Assists with the organization of communications between project staff and project sponsors as needed.
• Handles logistics of inventory and supply management for research sites.
• Supports development, composition, consolidation, compilation, editing, formatting tracking and distribution of reports and other deliverables, adhering to guidelines.
• Maintains systems used for tracking project rosters, meeting materials, team training records, and other project deliverables.
• Participates in establishing and maintaining project procedures and processes, example, SOPs, work instructions.
• Manages electronic project files and archives under the direction of the Clinical Project Coordinator Manager.
• Maintains the project website contents and user access under the direction of the Clinical Project Coordinator Manager.
