Emmes Group is seeking a Clinical Project Coordinator to support project teams with logistics, reporting, and documentation across global sites. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and adherence to SOPs and GCP guidelines, ensuring timely deliverables.

You'll coordinate calls and meetings, maintain project files and websites, and assist with reporting and manuscript support under the guidance of the CPC Manager, contributing to global health impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 4–6 years of relevant project or administrative support experience.
• Strong MS Office experience; familiarity with scheduling, bibliography management and tele/web conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Supports tracking project deadlines and compiling deliverables.
• Schedules and distributes conference call information and materials.
• Prepares non-technical meeting minutes.
• Coordinates conference calls and meetings with international sites.
• Assists with communications between project staff and sponsors.
• Manages inventory and supply logistics for research sites.
• Supports reports, memos, study plans, and presentations under SOPs and GCP.
• Maintains project files and archives and project website contents.
