Emmes Group is seeking a Clinical Project Coordinator to support project teams with logistics, documentation, and sponsor reporting. You will coordinate conference calls, prepare meeting minutes, and manage project files and communications with internal staff and external partners.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience, with strong MS Office skills, scheduling familiarity, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 4–6 years of relevant project or administrative support experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Word.
  • Familiarity with software such as project scheduling, bibliography management, teleconferencing, website management is a plus.
  • Strong time management and decision-making skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Provides support with tracking project deadlines and compiling/submitting deliverables.
  • Schedules and distributes conference call information and materials, including agenda and minutes.
  • Prepares non-technical meeting minutes.
  • Coordinates conference calls and meetings with international sites and collaborators.
  • Assists with organization of communications between project staff and sponsors.
  • Manages logistics of inventory and supply management for sites.
