Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic plan for clinical placements with timelines and success measures.
• Supervise Clinical Placement Coordinators, including hiring and performance reviews.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including community partners.
• Build and maintain a robust network of clinical placement sites while ensuring accreditation standards.
• Oversee matching students to qualified placement sites aligned with curricula.
• Ensure timely student placements to meet curriculum requirements.
• Develop marketing, education, and outreach strategies to expand the program.
• Lead complex projects involving multidisciplinary teams and national program expansion.
