Strong communication skills and tech proficiency are essential. The ideal candidate will oversee program staff, align with the mission and performance goals, and contribute to reports while ensuring organized office operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience as Clinical Administrative Assistant or similar position.
• Mental Health/Medical field experience required.
• Familiarity with printers, fax machines and standard office equipment.
• Excellent MS Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint skills.
• Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming phone calls and route to appropriate person.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendar.
• Organize meetings and take accurate minutes.
• Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately.
• Contribute to company reports and maintain filing system.
• Develop and maintain office procedures.
