Job summary

Apogee Behavioral Medicine PC seeks a Clinical Services Manager to lead clinical operations across all clinics and to coach providers toward excellence. You will balance administrative leadership (60%) with direct patient care (40%), and you will oversee the rapid-access telehealth Prompt Care service.

Ideal candidates are PA-C or PMHNP-BC with 3+ years clinical psychiatry experience and 2+ years in leadership, with a track record of standardizing workflows and improving care delivery.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Current, unrestricted North Carolina license as a PA-C or PMHNP-BC with DEA and board cert.
• 3+ years clinical experience as a psychiatric APP and 2+ years leading clinical staff.
• Track record of standardizing workflows and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with refill and EHR workflows; knowledge of TMS/Spravato/REMS is a plus.
• MBA/MHA or formal management training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Clinic Leads as local change champions across clinics.
• Own clinical processes governing prescriber work and ensure adoption.
• Oversee Prompt Care telehealth services for intakes and daytime coverage.
• Coaching prescribers and onboarding new prescribers with EHR support.
• Provide daytime clinical support and crisis monitoring back-up.
• Report provider performance to Senior Director monthly.
• Maintain caseload and cover prescribers during extended absences.
