Job summary

Mental Health Resources, Inc. seeks a Director of Clinical Programs to oversee all outpatient services, maintain quality, and drive performance excellence.

You will hire and supervise staff, develop program strategies, and coordinate with the CEO and COO on growth, policy, and compliance while upholding HIPAA and Medicaid standards. Bilingual Spanish encouraged; full-time exempt position.

Qualifications

• Must hold independent clinical license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT).
• Full-time exempt position.
• Spanish bilingual applicants encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop all outpatient clinical program departments.
• Hire, supervise, evaluate, and schedule staff.
• Develop strategies for program continuation and growth.
• Collaborate with CEO and COO on program development.
• Maintain HIPAA and client confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid and billing standards.
• Attend management meetings and report to staff.
• Audit treatment plans and safety plans as needed.
