• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Background check, drug test and TB test required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and route to appropriate person.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendar.
• Organize meetings and take accurate minutes.
• Write emails, memos and letters and distribute them appropriately.
• Contribute to company reports.
• Maintain an organized filing system.
• Develop, update and maintain relevant office procedures.
• Typing with proficiency.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Clinical Program Director to join our team. In this role, you must have experience related to specialty of care including supervisory experience and will be Highly skilled in written, verbal, and technological communication.

you will provide support to our team while actively participating in leading relevant staff while supporting the Program’s Mission and Performance Goals. The Program Director will lead performance improvement activities and supervise staff.

Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, planning meetings, and writing correspondence. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor. They will also have excellent computer skills and be proficient in ALL Microsoft Word products.
