The role requires a Bachelor's in behavioral/mental health (Master's if state licensing requires) and 4+ years of relevant experience with supervision. Compliance with regulations and coordination with staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral or mental health or related field.
• Master's degree required where state licensing applies.
• Four+ years' experience with the target population.
• One+ year supervisory experience required.

Responsabilités

• Plan and coordinate therapeutic program activities to deliver quality care.
• Manage program goals, staffing, resources, and budget for the program.
• Oversee scheduling, registration, discharge and billing processes for services.
• Develop treatment plans, maintain charts and records.
• Serve as liaison with other staff about regulations and standards.
• Provide outreach and ensure patient safety and complaint resolution.
