Job summary

Acadia Healthcare seeks a clinical program administrator to plan, direct and coordinate therapeutic programs at the facility. You will develop administrative and clinical operations to deliver quality patient care and outcomes.

You will plan program goals, budget, supervise counselors and clinicians, and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards while coordinating care delivery. Strong leadership and communication are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral or mental health or closely related field required.
• Master's degree in behavioral or mental health where required by state for licensed clinicians.
• Four or more years’ experience working with the population of the facility required.
• One or more years’ supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain administrative and clinical operations delivering quality patient care.
• Plan and implement program goals, objectives, resources and equipment.
• Oversee the program budget and staffing, scheduling, billing, and compliance.
• Provide staff management including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Develop procedures to ensure efficient operations, scheduling, registration, discharge and billing processes for patients.
• Provide outreach services in area of clinical specialty.
• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude; address patient complaints and safety.
