Responsibilities

Manages and directs operations and delivery of patient care within budgetary and staffing guidelines.
Ensures care delivery aligns with standards and evidence-based practice.
Mentors, trains, and coaches staff; collaborates with hospital education to meet training needs.
Provides patient services as assigned and uses feedback to improve quality of care.
Serves on committees to improve patient care and outcomes; supports research activities within the clinic.
