Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral or mental health or closely related field.
• Master's degree in behavioral or mental health where required by state for licensed clinicians.
• Four or more years’ experience working with the population.
• One or more years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain administrative and clinical operations that provide quality care and outcomes for the patients.
• Plan and implement program goals, resources and equipment.
• Oversee the program budget and policies for participant involvement and benefits.
• Develop procedures to ensure efficient operations; coordinate care delivery and scheduling.
• Provide staff management including hiring, training and performance management.
• Manage an assigned caseload as applicable.
• Monitor staff schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
• Develop and audit treatment plans and patient charts.
• Serve as liaison with other staff on regulations and standards.
• Ensure policies align with clinical objectives and safety/infection control.
• Provide outreach services as needed.
• Maintain a professional, empathetic attitude and address patient complaints.
