Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field with required licensure.
• Two years post-licensure and the ability to provide clinical supervision.
• Ability to obtain CPR and first-aid certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide site-level clinical leadership and guidance for one Psynergy clinic.
• Coach staff, interns, and volunteers; oversee day-to-day clinical operations.
• Coordinate treatment planning, program needs, and service quality.
• Support hiring, budgeting, and onboarding in collaboration with leadership.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold ethics and confidentiality.
