Job summary

Community Solutions for Children, Families, and Individuals seeks a Clinical Coordinator I – Community Support Services in California. Under supervision, you will provide clinical direction, coordinate staff, and manage referrals and documentation to ensure services meet contract requirements.

The role requires a Master’s in a mental health field, at least two years of direct client work, and experience with mental health or substance use issues.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in mental health profession and at least two years of direct client work experience.
• Experience working with mental health and/or drug and alcohol issues.
• Experience collaborating with County Services to meet agency and contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and direction to ensure client needs meet contract and certification requirements.
• Coordinate staff clinical activities and report status to Program Manager and Coordinators.
• Assign schedules and monitor caseloads with managers for staff, interns, and volunteers.
• Review charts weekly to ensure audit readiness and support audit processes with follow-up communications.
• Maintain weekly program status reporting on documentation meeting timelines.
