Job summary

Psynergy Programs is seeking an Administrator to oversee operations of the California facility and supervise staff to ensure the highest standards of care. You will establish a home-like atmosphere, maintain regulatory compliance, and lead the team in delivering behavioral health services in residential and clinic settings.

The role requires a CA Administrator Certificate, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership with experience in behavioral health or residential care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, hospitality management or related field.
• Current Administrator Certificate issued by the State of California.
• Valid California driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and evaluate the performance of assigned staff.
• Provide leadership to develop and retain highly competent staff through training and management practices.
• Recruit, train and evaluate staff; oversee in-service training.
• Develop job descriptions and orient new staff.
• Perform disciplinary actions as needed.
