Job summary

All For Kids is seeking a Program Supervisor in Los Angeles to supervise case navigators and community engagement specialists, working with the program manager to deliver timely, quality services.

The role requires a Master’s in social work or an eligible license (LMFT/LCSW/psychologist) and 2+ years post-licensure, with 2–4 years direct service experience, especially with children and families. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field.
• Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist in good standing.
• Two years post-licensure and able to supervise clinical staff.
• Two to four years direct service experience.
• Experience with children and families in social/mental health.

Responsibilities

• Provide general and clinical supervision to program staff and handle recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and discipline.
• Ensure all required documentation complies with DMH/CB guidelines.
• Maintain contact with external agencies, schools, and county staff.
• Oversee program management: planning, staffing, budget, and development.
• Ensure client grievances are addressed promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
