In this role, you will supervise direct service staff, support quality service delivery, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and help individuals and families access meaningful behavioral health support.
This position is ideal for a fully licensed clinician who enjoys balancing leadership, staff development, quality assurance, and program oversight while remaining connected to the mission and impact of behavioral healthcare.
As a Clinical Program Supervisor, you will provide leadership, guidance, and support to community support workers delivering behavioral health services across community-based programs.
