Job summary

All For Kids is seeking a Program Supervisor in Palmdale, CA. This full-time role oversees a community-based prevention program for at-risk families, supervising up to six full-time staff and providing supervision to home visitors.

The ideal candidate holds an LCSW (CA license) or LMFT/psychologist license, with an MSW preferred, and has 2–4 years direct service experience plus 1+ year of supervision. Knowledge of trauma-informed and equity practices is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold an LCSW with current California license or an LMFT/psychologist license.
• Master's degree in social work or related field; MSW preferred.
• 2–4 years direct service experience; child welfare/early childhood preferred.
• 1+ year of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience working with diverse families and communities.
• Proficiency with basic computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Empathy, warmth, and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed and equity practices.

Responsibilities

• Provides general supervision to staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Implements program requirements and contractual obligations; ensures required reports.
• Maintains external contacts with partners and community organizations.
• Assists in planning, staffing, budgeting, and program development.
• Has responsibility for contract documentation and quality improvement activities.
• Identifies problems and develops solutions with necessary approvals.
• Assists in program evaluation and community outreach through public engagement.
• May provide clinical supervision or direct services to clients as needed.
• Keeps Program Manager informed on program status.
