Job summary

All For Kids in West Covina is hiring a Clinical Supervisor to oversee a team of 7–8 clinicians and admin staff, ensuring contractual and regulatory standards are met. The role supports multiple locations as needed and focuses on service quality and program development.

The position requires a Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or psychology, and active licensure (LMFT/LCSW/Clinical Psychologist). Two years post-licensure and management experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or psychology doctorate.
• Licensed with BBS as LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist in good standing.
• Two years post-licensure required to supervise clinical staff.
• Two to four years direct service experience.
• One+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Experience with children and families in social services or mental health.

Responsibilities

• Provides general supervision to staff including recruitment, training, performance evaluation and discipline.
• Supervises caseloads with training, safety planning, risk assessment, and parenting strategies with families.
• Ensures compliance with contract, DMH, CB policies and guidelines in documentation.
• Maintains contact with outside agencies, county staff, schools, and other organizations.
• May provide individual and family therapy or carry a limited caseload.
• Manages program operations, including planning, budgeting, and development.
• Maintains external contacts with schools and community resources.
• Reviews clinical documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
• Participates in case dispositions to align clinical and fiscal needs.
• Manages funding buckets for site and ensures appropriate use.
• Monitors outcomes measures and data entry into systems.
• Provides after-hours crisis support to clinicians.
• Supports staff development and EBP trainings and certifications.
• Ensures client grievances are addressed and service delivery meets standards.
• Collaborates with program management on workflow and access to care.
• Assists in onboarding new staff and audits client charts.
