What will you do?

As a Clinical Program Manager at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a variety of essential functions to ensure smooth programmatic operations.

These functions include:
  • Interviewing and training new staff.
  • Providing task and, where relevant, clinical supervision of program staff.
  • Utilizing continuous quality improvement principles to identify areas for change, growth and expansion of the program.
  • Remaining up to date on program budgets and financial information.
  • Understanding and maintaining standards of all program regulations, contracts and/or guidelines.
  • Providing operational assistance to team members.
  • Providing ongoing communication to the program team regarding changes, issues or needs of participants or of the program in general.
  • Facilitating regular all‑team staff meetings.
  • Maintaining compliance by completing necessary and ongoing training.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in social services, licensed in the State of Florida (491 Board), as required by specific programs.
  • Two years working with target population.
  • One year of supervisory experience preferred.

  • Pass a motor vehicle records review.
