Aspire Health Partners, Inc. in Melbourne, FL is seeking an Assessment Specialist to perform psychosocial assessments, DSM-5 diagnoses for in-person cases, and coordinate referrals within our behavioral health services.
You will register clients in the electronic health record, de-escalate crises, maintain credentials, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support patients' recovery.
