Job summary

Aspire Health Partners, a leading non-profit behavioral health provider in the Southeast, seeks a Therapist to deliver essential services across multiple program settings. The role focuses on evidence-based therapeutic interventions and collaborative care with a diverse client base.

The position emphasizes treatment planning, progress monitoring, and strong EHR documentation while supporting program operations and ongoing staff development within a large, mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in social services.
• 1 year experience working with target population preferred.
• Level II Background clearance required; Aspire covers fingerprinting costs.

Responsibilities

• Providing therapeutic interventions in individual and/or group settings to participants.
• Creating, updating and monitoring progress on participant treatment plans.
• Completing program specific assessments.
• Documenting client treatment details in the Electronic Health Record.
• Providing ongoing communication to the program team regarding changes, issues or needs of participants or of the program in general.
• Assisting the program team as directed with the operation of the program.
• Maintaining compliance by completing necessary and ongoing training and engaging in all staff meetings as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.

What will you do? As a Therapist at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a variety of essential functions in the provision of services to program participants.
