Job summary

The Emily Program in Cleveland Heights (relocating to Aurora, OH) seeks a Clinical/Program Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure high-quality client care across the site. The role oversees staff performance, program scheduling, and cross-site collaboration for continuous improvement.

Relocation to Aurora is planned; schedule is Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with on-call rotations. Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Current license in the state of employment required (LP, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, LMHC).
• Related supervisory/management experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid interpersonal skills with ability to build productive relationships with staff and vendors.
• Hands-on leadership style with ability to model collaborative work.
• Strong problem-solving skills with timely decision making.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for a team of staff at the site and uphold program integrity.
• Hire and train EDTs and therapy staff in collaboration with the Site Director.
• Manage performance conversations and reviews for direct reports.
• Coordinate scheduling, PTO planning, and staff development guidance.
• Oversee budgeting for the site in collaboration with Site Director.
• Manage site-wide program schedules and communications with leadership teams.
• Support weekend on-call duties and participate in program decisions across sites.
