The Emily Program in Cleveland Heights, OH is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to support residential and inpatient care, helping clients build skills to manage their eating disorder and stay recovery-focused. This full-time, 32-hour weekly role on the 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:30 PM) includes rotating weekends/holidays and relocation to Aurora, OH, with start pay between $20.00–$22.00 per hour.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree or higher or 2 years healthcare experience in a similar field preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, behavioral health, or related field; certification or licensure preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be authorized to drive.

Aufgaben

• Partner with the multi-disciplinary team on care plan and treatment, assisting in admissions, supporting or assisting clients in programming.
• Participates in therapeutic meals and snacks and provides support during structured outings and recreation.
• Available to engage, challenge, and support residents as needed. Reports observations and documents in charts.
• Monitors and supports bathroom use per client treatment direction. Monitors and documents exercise.
• Responsible for enforcing appropriate policies with residents and completing all expected tasks including hourly room-checks.
