Job summary

TotalMed, LLC is seeking a Clinical Manager to serve as site coordinator and clinician for the CAP program. You will hire and train preceptors, rely on broad hospital experience, and make recommendations to strengthen outcomes.

Qualifications

• ADN from a two-year college
• RN license in at least one state
• 3+ years of nursing experience across multiple specialties
• Strong interpersonal skills to respond to sensitive inquiries
• High attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
• Ability to write well and present information to employees and top management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and complex environment with urgency
• Ability to build productive relationships cross-functionally
• Proficient with MS Office Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Travel up to 10% of the time

Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical liaison between facility clients and vendor partners in cases requiring counsel, clinical investigation, or potential termination
• Review traveler performance evaluations and elevate to the Clinical Director for follow-up
• Participate in clinical interviews to ensure high-quality clinicians are matched with client requirements in a timely manner
• Provide coverage and support for Clinical Directors as needed
• Collaborate with the CAP Program team in advancing preceptor recruitment, training, and development initiatives to strengthen program outcomes
