Job summary

Cenikor Foundation in Corpus Christi, TX seeks an experienced clinical leader to ensure the program operates in compliance with DSHS, CARF, and Cenikor policies. You will supervise the clinical staff, manage caseloads, and guide treatment teams to deliver high-quality addiction services.

Responsibilities include coordinating staffing with HR, maintaining documentation quality, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and client recovery within a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Sciences, or closely related field.
• Three years of counseling and program administration experience relating to addiction.
• Experience managing and developing a clinical team with supervision responsibilities.
• Knowledge of MS Outlook calendar management and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the clinical treatment program complies with regulatory standards (DSHS, CARF) and Cenikor policy.
• Supervise clinical staff and manage counselor caseloads to meet licensure and funding requirements.
• Oversee recording of client progress and ensure documentation is legible and meets standards.
• Coordinate staffing with the FD and HR for staffing, training, and licensure compliance.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and support Cenikor culture in a positive work environment.
