Job summary

ROWI Teen & Parent Wellness Centers is seeking a Program Director to lead clinical operations, ensure documentation standards, and supervise therapists. You will coordinate with the Director of Clinical Services and the Director of Clinical Compliance to maintain high-quality care.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a mental health field and licensure, plus at least two years of treatment experience. Expect a hands-on, mission-driven environment with a strong emphasis on collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited graduate school in a relevant mental health field.
• Valid professional license as MFT, psychologist or social worker.
• Minimum two years of experience in treatment or hospital settings.

Responsibilities

• Audits EMR and clinical documentation and communicates with senior leaders.
• Communicates with upper management, participants, and families.
• Ensures documentation standards and timelines are met.
• Oversees program schedule and interdisciplinary treatment team meetings.
• Manages crises and completes staff performance reviews.
