Job summary

Herewith is seeking a Product Manager to own the product lifecycle for consumer marketplace and B2B clinical products. The role requires turning customer and partner needs into clear product decisions across web, mobile web, iOS, and Android.

You will collaborate with Data/BI for analysis, partner with Product Design, and drive backlog prioritization, delivery decisions, and release readiness in a hybrid Washington DC/Northern Virginia workspace.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in software, SaaS, marketplace, or platform environments.
• Proven ability to lead discovery, write PRDs and acceptance criteria, prioritize a backlog, and deliver across an agile lifecycle.
• Experience shipping coordinated experiences across web and mobile products.
• Strong judgment balancing user value, business value, operational impact, and constraints.
• Experience partnering with Product Design, Engineering, QA, Customer Support, Sales, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Own product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, release acceptance, and adoption.
• Translate customer, partner, operational, and business needs into clear product decisions and requirements.
• Maintain a clear, multi‑channel roadmap balancing consumer and B2B priorities.
• Write complete product requirements documents with goals, scope, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with Product Design to ensure workflows resolve business logic before development.
