Job summary

Veridic Solutions LLC is seeking a Product Manager with experience in healthcare software focusing on Post-Acute Care, Home Health, Hospice, or Personal Care. The role centers on patient intake/enrollment workflows—from referral through onboarding and establishing the patient in the system.

The candidate will translate healthcare and regulatory requirements into product features and user stories, collaborate with developers, QA, UX, operations and clinical teams, and drive the product roadmap

Job description

We need a Product Manager with experience working on healthcare software products within Post-Acute Care, Home Health, Hospice, Personal Care, or a similar healthcare environment.

The ideal person has worked on software products that support the intake/enrollment of new patients into a healthcare system — from the initial referral or patient information through eligibility, documentation, onboarding, and getting the patient properly established in the system.

They should understand the patient intake/enrollment workflow, how healthcare organizations operate, and how software needs to support clinical, operational, billing, and regulatory requirements.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Product Manager experience within Post-Acute Care, Home Health, Hospice, Personal Care, or similar healthcare
• Experience managing healthcare software products
• Strong experience with patient intake, enrollment, onboarding, referral management, or admissions workflows
• Experience translating healthcare/business requirements into product requirements, features, epics, and user stories
• Experience owning or contributing to a product roadmap
• Comfortable working with Developers, QA, UX, Business and Clinical/Operational teams
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and regulatory requirements
• Able to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Someone who can understand the customer's problem and translate it into a software solution
