Job summary

MultiCare Health System in Tacoma seeks a Process Improvement Program Manager RN to lead facility-level initiatives that boost efficiency, quality and patient safety. You will coach staff, analyze workflows, and partner with stakeholders to implement solutions using ID-PDSA and robust project management techniques.

Ideal candidates have RN licensure, a related bachelor’s degree, and 5+ years in clinical care or quality with 2+ years in process improvement leadership.

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered RN license in Washington.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum three years clinical care experience.
• Minimum two years leading or coaching process improvement.
• Minimum five years in clinical care/quality or project management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert on process improvement and teach ID-PDSA.
• Analyze data, document workflows, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Coach teams on process improvement methods and project skills.
• Design scalable, facility-wide improvement strategies and initiatives.
