• Gathers data, conducts analytics, and embeds improvement methodologies to drive patient experience, safety, quality, timeliness and efficiency.
• Hardwires process improvements and embeds metrics for ongoing performance assessment.
• Analyzes opportunities in clinical, operational and financial processes and streamlines workflows to drive efficiency.
• Builds stakeholder buy-in and collaborates across staff, providers and leaders to address improvement opportunities.
