Job summary

Thyme Care is seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to support and grow relationships with our strategic oncology provider partners at the intersection of operations and commercial strategy.

You will help implement in-clinic pilots, support day-to-day partner operations, and drive engagement across key accounts, ensuring successful initiatives and measurable results.

The role requires 3–7+ years in healthcare or related field, strong PM and communication skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in healthcare, consulting, operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with external partners.
• Understanding of Value-Based Care models and healthcare delivery systems.
• Willingness to travel periodically (TX, TN, FL).

Responsibilities

• Support and grow relationships with Thyme Care’s strategic oncology provider partners.
• Execute in-clinic pilots and interventions with strategic partners.
• Provide ongoing operational support to ensure seamless collaboration between Thyme Care and provider teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for select accounts, ensuring responsiveness.
• Identify opportunities to enhance partner engagement and expand collaboration.
• Track, manage, and report on key initiatives, timelines, and outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support partner needs.
• Help translate insights from the field into actionable recommendations for scaling programs.
• Support all Commercial JV efforts operationally.
