Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of clinical nursing experience.
• Five years managing databases in a healthcare setting.
• Analytical and quantitative skills for data collection and summarization.
• Expertise querying clinical databases and performing biostatistical analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
• Experience in performance improvement programs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate OPPE and FPPE in line with Joint Commission standards, CMS, and NCQA requirements.
• Ensure clinical reviews are timely, effective, and well-documented.
• Manage delineation of clinical privileges and privilege forms with department leaders.
• Compile information for new privileges and ensure privileges reflect current practice and industry standards.
• Coordinate provider changes in privileges during reappointment, transfers, or status changes.
• Oversee FPPE processes with clinical leaders and track FPPE data for compliance.
