Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in medical staff services with duties that involved medical staff and allied health credentialing.
• Managed care or other healthcare environment preferred.
• Excellent computer skills especially Microsoft products (Word, Excel); data entry accuracy critical. Excellent/professional communication skills.
• Strong time management, customer service, organization and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle initial credentialing and privileging for new medical staff and allied health professionals.
• Oversee reappointment process and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the Director Medical Staff Services to meet bylaws and Joint Commission standards.
