Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking a Clinical Practice Leader (CPL) to partner with Nurse Managers, lead nursing practice changes, and advance professional nursing education across units. This senior role drives quality, safety, and outcomes within the Surgi Centre Prep/Recovery, Endoscopy prep/recovery, and related areas.

The CPL reports to Nursing Leadership and will mentor staff, oversee onboarding, and collaborate with interprofessional teams to implement evidence-based practices and improve patient

Qualifications

Bachelor of Arts or Science required.
Master of Arts or Science preferred or equivalent.
Registered Nurse - PA license required; CPR instructor credentials helpful.

Responsibilities

Lead nursing practice and drive practice changes aligned with organizational goals.
Design, implement, and evaluate education and onboarding initiatives for unit staff.
Partner with nurse managers and quality/safety teams to improve patient outcomes.
Advance professional nursing practice across service lines and systems levels.
