Job summary

Penn Medicine in Philadelphia is seeking a Clinical Practice Leader (CPL) to serve as an expert clinician within a specific patient population, partnering with Nurse Managers to drive nurse and patient outcomes on their unit.

The CPL will lead nursing practice, support bedside care, design practice changes across unit and service lines, and ensure use of best practices and evidence-based care to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Science required; Nursing or related discipline preferred.
• Education/Experience: 5+ years in clinical practice with the patient population cared for in the unit/area.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (Required).
• Registered Nurse - PA (Required).
• Clinical leadership experience in a hospital setting.
